* About Boarding

We are primarily an animal hospital.  Our space is limited, and preference is given to existing clients.  We do not recommend boarding your pet here more than 7-10 days, depending on activity level and exercise requirements.  We simply do not have the facilities to safely exercise pets adequately.  Please keep this in mind when planning your vacation.

Although we do not require it, we do recommend bringing your pet's regular food from home.  Sudden changes in diet, combined with the stress of boarding, can cause digestive problems in any pet.  If your pet develops digestive upset while here, take comfort in knowing that we will treat accordingly.

Pets are required to be current on all vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella for dogs, and Rabies and Distemper for cats)  We will be happy to vaccinate your pet if a current vaccine certificate is not available.  We also maintain a "flea-free" policy.  If live fleas or "flea dirt" is noted on your pet, we will apply a flea preventive product such as Advantage.

Owners will be responsible for costs incurred for vaccines, flea prevention, or medical care deemed necessary while boarding in our facility.
